Welcome to the Oneness Healing Yoga Membership. This space is designed to gently guide you into a consistent, grounded practice that supports your nervous system, body, and breath. Move at your own pace, return as often as you need, and allow this practice to meet you exactly where you are.

February Monthly Theme: Grounding & Renewal

February invites us into grounding, renewal, and gentle re-alignment. This monthly theme includes a longer guided yoga and meditation practice, breathwork, intention setting, and a supportive chakra focus to help you settle into your body, reconnect with your center, and move forward with steadiness and ease.

A curated playlist created to support the February theme. Use this music during your practice or anytime you wish to reconnect with the intention and energy of the month.

February Monthly Practice

This is the full-length February yoga and meditation practice. This session supports the monthly theme through intentional movement, breathwork, and a guided closing to help you integrate the work gently and fully.

Weekly Practice: Gentle & Restorative

A gentle, grounding practice designed to support nervous system regulation, rest, and ease. These sessions are slower-paced and restorative, offering space to soften, release tension, and reconnect with your body.

Weekly Practice: Core & Balance

An energizing practice focused on strength, balance, and stability. These sessions support confidence, vitality, and embodied awareness through mindful movement and core activation.
